The operator receiving the signal now has on his/her monitor the name and address of where the alarm originated as well as the type of alarm -- fire, burglar, temperature, etc. Special instructions also appear on the screen accompanied by emergency contact numbers and the persons who are to be notified of the alarm activation. Within seconds, the emergency notification number is automatically dialed. Security First Alarm King's operator has all the necessary information at his/her fingertips to relay to the dispatcher so help is on its way in an instant.

Each situation is different, and Security First Alarm King can customize the response according to individual needs. We will call to verify an alarm signal before we dispatch emergency authorities. Or, if preferred, we can call the authority immediately, without verification from the premises. Then we call your designated contacts until we reach someone to report that authorities have been dispatched. For emergency conditions other than fire or burglary, you have multiple alarm response options. If an alarm is accidentally tripped, simply call us with the secret pass code to cancel the false activation.
